Privacy policy
This policy explains how Duosien Technology LLC ("Duosien", "we") handles personal information collected through duosien.com and in providing our services.
What we collect
- Details you send through our subscription form: name, work email, company, company website, country, number of seats, billing preference, code hosting, your request and your message.
- For subscribers: billing contact, billing address, tax ID where given, and payment records. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive your full card number.
- For the online review: your IP address with a daily counter, kept for 48 hours to enforce the daily limit, and the result of a Cloudflare Turnstile check that tells people from automated traffic. We do not store the code you paste.
- The email address you give us to hear when our shop opens.
- Emails you send us.
- For customers: business contact details, company verification records (such as registration documents, an ownership declaration and sanctions screening results), and usage records (number of reviews and token counts per month).
- Aggregate website statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.
Code we review
When we review code for a customer, we act as that customer's processor under our data processing agreement. Code may contain names or other personal information, for example in comments. We use it only to produce the review and do not store it, as described on our Security & data page.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to check that we are able to work with your company, to provide and invoice our services, to prevent abuse of the online review, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising or to train models.
Legal basis (EU and UK visitors)
We rely on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and preventing abuse, on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, on performing our contract with you, and on legal obligations such as sanctions screening and tax record keeping.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts this website and our review service. Amazon Web Services provides the Claude models. Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers form messages to our Google Workspace mailbox. Our full list of providers is on the Security & data page.

Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use. We reply within one month. EU and UK residents may also complain to their data protection authority. California residents have the rights given by the CCPA. Write to hello@duosien.com.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The online review uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated traffic.
